Laser Girl Med Spa – Practice Policies

The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a high-quality experience for all patients. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our services are often sold at discounted or promotional pricing, all service purchases are final and non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, a service exchange may be permitted for another service of equal value at our discretion.
Retail products are eligible for exchange only, not refunds. Products must be unopened and returned within a reasonable timeframe. Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.

Pre-Paid Services, Packages, and Unlimited Packages
All pre-paid services must be redeemed within 24 months from the date of purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Individual pre-paid services

Service packages

Promotional packages

Unlimited packages, including unlimited laser tattoo removal packages

Unused services remaining after the 24-month redemption period will be forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded, or credited.​

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Expiration

Physical (paper) gift certificates expire 24 months from the date of purchase.

Vagaro digital gift cards and physical Vagaro certificates expire 48 months from the date of purchase.

Expired gift certificates and gift cards cannot be redeemed.
Promotional Gift Certificate Purchases
If a gift certificate or gift card was purchased at a promotional or discounted rate (for example, $100 value purchased for $90):

It may be redeemed only toward full-price retail products or full-price services.

It cannot be used toward promotional pricing, sales, packages, or discounted services.

If a gift certificate or gift card was purchased at full value, it may be used toward:

Retail products
-
Regularly priced services
-
Promotional or sale offerings

Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Appointment Scheduling and Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment.
Your card will never be charged without your consent, except in the event of a no-show or late cancellation in accordance with the policies below.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient. Missed appointments impact our providers and other patients.

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice.

Late cancellations are cancellations made outside of the required notice window.

A no-show fee of $50 minimum may be charged to the card on file.
For prepaid services, packages, promotional services, or Groupons, a no-show may result in forfeiture of the session.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Groupon Policies
Groupon purchases are subject to Laser Girl Med Spa’s policies, scheduling requirements, and clinical eligibility determinations, in addition to Groupon’s platform terms.
Eligibility and Use

Groupons are exclusively for new patients only.

Each new patient may redeem one Groupon total, lifetime, regardless of how many offers are active.

Groupon offers are valid for one service only and may not be combined.

Existing patients are not eligible to purchase or redeem Groupons.
Consultation and Medical Eligibility
All Groupon services are subject to consultation with a Laser Girl provider to determine safety and eligibility.
If, during consultation, it is determined that a patient is not a suitable or safe candidate for the Groupon service due to skin type, medical history, or other clinical considerations, the Groupon service will not be performed. In such cases, the value of the Groupon may be applied as a store credit of equal value toward another eligible service offered by Laser Girl Med Spa.

Redemption and Expiration

Groupons expire if not redeemed within 90 days.

If a Groupon appointment is scheduled and the patient does not show, the Groupon will be redeemed and forfeited.

Groupon appointments are subject to the same no-show and cancellation policies as all other appointments.
