What is it?
This facial deeply purifies the skin and often includes rounds of extractions to unclog pores. This treatment will help clear curtain acne, help prevent future acne from starting, and will hydrate the skin by using products with specialized ingredients like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Each acne facial is curated to fit the client’s needs. At times, other measures can be taken by using specialized light therapy and or exfoliation.
How does it work?
Typical acne facials start with deep cleansing of the skin to remove any traces of buildup consisting of dirt, oil and makeup. Exfoliation is used to penetrate pores to break up built-up oil and prepare the skin for extractions. High frequency devices are used to kill any leftover bacteria on the surface of the skin and will help with decreasing inflammation. Each facial ends with a calming moisturizing of the skin using hyaluronic serums.
